The housing shortage has reached crisis levels—over 7.3 million affordable homes are needed nationwide, a gap that’s only grown since 2019. We’re tackling this challenge head-on by transforming underutilized hotels into modern, high-quality apartments—delivering scalable solutions for the communities that need them most.
The typical property we acquire is between 70- 150 units. We target markets with robust job and wage growth. The hotels are also located near centers of employment and transit corridors. Before the end of 2025 we will be acquiring 2 new hotels 104 units/77 units to our portfolio.
It takes us between and 8-12 months to renovate the properties we acquire before leasing. Residents can find fully-appointed units with brand-new finishes, full kitchens, and amenities to enhance their living experience. Our units are typically the lowest cost in the market, even though they live like brand new construction.
